I just returned home from a month long photography tour of some of the western National Parks. My last stop was Albuquerque just in time to catch 1 day of the 2008 Balloon Fiesta.
This was a first for me and even though I had to stay another day due to bad weather canceling one days event, it was well worth the wait.
There were so many balloons taking off so frequently it was a blast trying to decide which balloon to shoot and which lens to use.

Thanks, I really enjoyed it, I’ve always loved balloons. I have wanted some balloon photos for some time now and it looked as though Albuquerque was the place to go. I was not disappointed and will have to go again.
